Logo rights and logo ownership

You receive full ownership and the exclusive copyright to any logo you purchase from LetterLogos.com.

We will not resell your logo.

You may use your logo for any purpose, in any medium. You may sell it, copy it, change it, delete it, give it away or whatever else you feel like doing with it.

The only right we retain is the right to display your logo in our portfolio of past work. If you're a logo designer reselling our logos to your clients, mention on the order form that you want the logo removed from the site and excluded from our portfolio.

Trademarks

We strongly recommend registering your logo as a trademark as soon as we deliver the logo files to you. This is by far the best way to protect your brand. It is not always cheap to register a trademark (depending on your location in the world), but it is considerably cheaper than fighting a trademark battle later on. Register it!
